O Estado e as calamidades...

O que aconteceu em Nova Orleães vem, mais uma vez, refutar a ideia que nos querem vender a todo o custo de que são os poderes públicos que melhor protegem as pessoas das calamidades.
Também mostra a saciedade que é falso o lugar comum segundo o qual as grandes infra-estruturas são coisas demasiado importantes para ficarem nas mãos de privados.
